Chicken pieces- ½ kg
Orange pulp- ½ cup
Pepper powder, fresh ground- 1 tsp
Mint leaves, crushed- 2 tsp
Butter- 1 tsp
Cheese, grated -1 tsp
Ginger- garlic paste 1 tsp
Banana, mashed- 1
Handful of coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1.Mix half portion of ginger- garlic paste, orange pulp and mashed banana with chicken pieces. Mix them well till the chicken pieces are coated from all sides.
2.Keep this mixture aside for marinating for at least 1 hour.
3.Then take 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick pan. After the butter melts add remaining ginger-garlic paste to it. Sauté for some time and then add marinated chicken to it.
4.Again stir the entire mixture for some time on medium heat then and let it fry on butter.
5.Then cover it with a lid and let it cook on low flame. Keep stirring in between occasionally.
6.After 10 to 15 minutes add salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves and crushed mint leaves to this mixture. Cook it again for some time. Now the delicious fruity chicken is ready.
7.Sprinkle brown sugar and grated cheese while serving. vServe with seasoned onion flakes.
