Gongura Chicken Curry

. Gongura- 1 cup
. Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
. Curry leaves – 4
. Oil- 3 tsp

. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
. Green chillies- 3
. Boiled chicken- 250 grams
. Onions chopped- ½ cup
. Red chilli – 3
. Ghee- 1 tsp
. Jeera seeds – ¼ tsp
. Lemon juice- ½ tsp
. Garam masala- ½ tsp
1.Cook some chicken by adding salt and turmeric powder in boiling water. Keep it aside.
2.Heat a pan and add oil to it. Let some cumin seeds crackle first and add red chillies, ginger garlic paste, onions, turmeric, salt and green chillies. Fry it well.

3.Now add the gongura in it. Let it cook well for few minutes.4.Add the boiled chicken, red chilli powder, coriander and garam masala to it. Cook it well for some more time. Serve it hot in a bowl and enjoy!
